Right of withdrawal / cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you have received this cancellation notice and you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory. You can fill in and submit the model withdrawal form electronically. When you take advantage of this opportunity, we will provide you with immediately (eg e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different method of delivery than that offered by us). We will repay at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this agreement with us and the goods have been received by us (if they had been already sent). For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will charged applicable fees for such repayment if a different method is used.
You will have to pay for any shipping cost for return of the goods, unless otherwise agreed by us prior to returning the goods.
We may postponse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You have to send back the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of any cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value is not due to a necessary inspection to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You will also have to pay for damage caused by improper packaging of the returned goods, for example if you ship breakable goods (ceramic, porcelain, glass etc. without use of appropriate shockabsorbing material (this includes leaving the lid on top of teapots, as this causes damages in most cases)
